Akribos XXIV watches

Some of you may need some help trying to get info/feedback regarding the QUALITY of Akribos XXIV watches. Some of you might never heard of the brand, but I've seen some very cool looking pieces lately. And if you want to know if they are good quality timepieces OR a waste of money and not "respected" then you've come to the right place.

Akribos is actually a sister company of Stuhrling Original and while they share some designs, Akribos goes towards the sporty end of things. They(Akribos and Stuhtling) are essentially the same but Stuhrling leans more towards classic/elegant styling. Akribos' quality is good and dial work is just outrageously good. I would not hesitate to purchase one (or ones in that matter). I will say that Akribos provides a good value for the dollar. They have automatic and quartz movement.

I have seen some one with the Rose Gold Arkibos Monster and it is really a MONSTER! Triple time zone, one skeleton and two quartz. It's just way too different! Awesome! I like the Arkibos brand and think they are well made for the $$$ and they have some unique designs which I prefer over the same old same old styles.

So I would have to say if you've got an urge to buy a new watch, go for these beautiful Akribos XXIV babes!

32 degrees

This new line is really interesting. I'm really liking the looks of it. So I started to find some informations, anything about the line, where they come from, info on the company, what their watches are like, quality etc.I tried to find about them on forums and search engine. I found out that the more I see the more I like them as well. From all of the inputs I found on the forums and the net I don't recall seeing a bad thread on them.

If I'm correct they appear to a part of the same company that makes the Akribos watches which also seem to be a good buy for the $$$. The TV spokesman for the watches, both Akribos and 32 degree is the same guy, John House. John House is the man behind the 32 line. He's a Dallas businessman and has been on both ShopNBC and Shop at Home TV.

So far, those who have ordered and received these seem to be very pleased. The styles seem to be bold and add something to your collection. I personally can't attest to how well they're made but they do catch your eye! Sweeeet..

Watch bands can be sized to fit 6.5-inch to 7.5-inch wrists.

This watch is powered by automatic movement which means the winding of the spring occurs automatically when the wearer moves his/her arm. However, it is recommended that you manually wind the watch at least once every two weeks. It is also important to adjust the time once a month as automatic movement can gain or lose a few minutes per month.
